this pre-launch site collects.
Waitlist form
The waitlist form on the home page collects the fields you fill in — work email, name, brand or company URL, and an open note. We use these only to evaluate fit for the private cohort and to write back to you personally. We do not sell, share, or rent the list to any third party.
Form submissions are delivered via Formspree, a US-based form-handler. Formspree processes the submission and forwards it to our inbox; we retain submissions in our records. If you want your submission deleted, email hello@ekarche.com and we will remove it within seven business days.
Cookies and analytics
This pre-launch site uses one piece of local browser storage —
kirti-theme — to remember whether you chose the light or
dark theme. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party
cookies. Fonts are self-hosted; we do not call out to Google Fonts or
any other third-party CDN from this site.
Once the product ships
The product itself — when it opens to the first cohort — is built on the Ekarche per-tenant encrypted-config substrate. Each tenant brand's voice, integrations, audience data, and competitor map live in an encrypted per-tenant database row that is decrypted with the tenant's own key derivation at request time. We never sell, share, rent, or train on customer data. A full product-level data notice will replace this section when the cohort opens.
