What this site collects

This marketing site uses one piece of local browser storage — theme — to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies. Fonts are self-hosted; we do not call out to Google Fonts or any other third-party CDN from this site.

The data the agent works with

The product is built on the Ekarche per-customer encrypted-config substrate. Each brand's voice, integrations, audience data, and competitor map live in an encrypted per-customer database row, decrypted with the customer's own key derivation at request time — isolated by architecture. We never sell, share, rent, or train on customer data. AI inference runs under contractual zero-retention terms.
